About Zaatar: ZAATAR is a traditional blend made of hyssop, sumac, and sesame seeds. It is very easy to use, simply add olive oil and use as a dip, sprinkle on soft cheese, labneh, hummus, or salads. We have 30 years of experience in creating the right ingredients and proportions for this traditional blend.

The hyssop used in our Zaatar is grown on our own farm, also known as the zahtar herb. Our farm, The Spice Way, grows herbs and spices using traditional methods, including sun-drying and hand-picking, to ensure high quality.
